⚠️ Important Warning

Submitting a request does not immediately delete your account or data. Completed account deletion is permanent.
Account access may be restricted once deletion processing starts. Submitting a request or receiving a receipt does not confirm deletion. Check the request status below, or contact support if you can no longer sign in.
Deleting your TypoPet account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage any subscription separately in Google Play.
This request covers your account and associated data. Any limited retention or purchased-content exception is reviewed as described below.

Sign in to the correct account

Use your existing Google account or email and password.

Verify your identity again

Confirm your Google account or enter your current password. Verification must be recent when you submit.

Send an explicit request

Check the confirmation box and select Send deletion request. Signing in or verifying your identity alone does not send a request.

Keep the request reference

The page shows your request reference and current status. A received, review-required or processing status does not mean your account has been deleted.

If you cannot sign in

Contact support@typopet.com if you cannot access your account or need help with a deletion request. Do not send your password or sign-in codes.

Support may need to verify your identity and clarify the records involved. No fixed completion time is promised here; contact support about progress and any applicable retention.

Scope of your deletion request

The items below describe the scope of your request, not deletions already completed. Deletion processing is not currently enabled.

Delete the sign-in account, private and public profile, and profile media associated with it.
Delete associated typing statistics, activity and achievement data.
Delete general posts, comments, reviews and associated media, subject to the purchased-content rights described below.
Remove account-linked following, saved and liked lists, session and device references, and other ordinary account data.
Include trial-eligibility identifiers in the deletion review; they are not retained indefinitely without a justified basis and expiry.
Review associated Analytics and Crashlytics data separately with the provider where needed. This website cannot identify every historical Android Analytics identifier, and a request receipt does not confirm provider erasure.

Limited exceptions and provider review

A deletion request does not authorize blanket or indefinite retention of account data.

Payment and dispute records

•Only applicable minimum payment or dispute records may be retained separately under restricted access. Each exception requires a reviewed legal basis, defined expiry and limited fields.
•This is not a blanket five-year retention period for every user or every field. Contact support for the records and retention period that apply to your request.

Content already purchased by other people

Deleting a creator account must not remove other buyers’ rights to content they already purchased. The request review distinguishes that content from ordinary posts and removes unnecessary personal profile references.

Note:

Analytics and crash-report records can require separate provider review, including cases where historical identifiers cannot be matched. Turning off collection or resetting an identifier only affects future collection; it does not prove historical records were erased.
