⚠️ Important Warning
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your pets, customizations, and progress will be lost
  • Active subscriptions will be canceled (no refunds for remaining subscription period)
  • Marketplace purchases and created content may be retained (see details below)
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to permanently delete your TypoPet account:

Open TypoPet App

Launch the TypoPet application on your Android device

Go to Settings

Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner, then select 'Settings'

Navigate to Account Settings

Scroll down and tap on 'Account & Privacy' section

Select 'Delete Account'

Tap on 'Delete Account' button at the bottom of the page

Confirm Deletion

Read the warning message carefully, then confirm by typing 'DELETE' and tapping the confirmation button

Alternative: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion via email

Send an email with the following information:

Email Template

To: hsb5975@naver.com

Subject: Account Deletion Request - TypoPet

Body:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your username (if you remember)
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days and send a confirmation email

Data That Will Be Deleted Immediately
The following data will be permanently deleted within 30 days:
  • ✓Account information (email, username, profile picture)
  • ✓All owned pets and customizations
  • ✓Typing statistics and activity history
  • ✓Friend connections and social data
  • ✓App preferences and settings
  • ✓Authentication tokens and session data
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons:

Legal Compliance (5 years)

  • •Transaction records and payment history (required by law)
  • •Fraud prevention and security logs

Marketplace Content

Pixel art pets you created and published in the marketplace may remain available to users who purchased them. You can request removal of this content by contacting us.

Note:

Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement but will not be linked to your identity
